Introducing New Contract Analysis Service: Simultaneous Organic–Inorganic Imaging MS!
At BioChromato, after years of research and development, we are excited to announce the launch of a groundbreaking analytical service in April 2025. For the first time globally, we will provide simultaneous mass spectrometry imaging (MSI) of organic and inorganic components.
Revolutionizing Imaging MS
Over the past few years, we have conducted measurements on various samples, including biological samples, plants, and material-related samples, including:
- Biological Samples: Rat brain, liver, and kidney
- Plant Samples: Vegetables and other flora
- Material Science Samples: Items like SD cards
This new analytical approach aims to support the advancement of research and development for both those who already have experienced with MSI techniques like TOF-SIMS and MALDI MS, and those who are new to MSI.
Advanced Technology with Minimal Sample Degradation
At BioChromato, we conduct laser ablation sampling under atmospheric pressure, which minimizes the risk of sample degradation and enabling the detection of components that could not be analyzed with conventional methods. The sample aerosols are introduced the sample into both organic and inorganic MS systems for simultaneous measurements. Our dedicated software generates imaging data.
Explore the Potential
This service is scheduled to launch in April 2025. We will share more details as the launch date approaches, but in the meantime, please refer to the imaging MS images below to see the types of results this service can deliver.
